S-6058: Ideal Grade for Fittings and Injection Parts
PVC S-6058 is a suspension resin with a low molecular weight (Low K-Value), characterized by its low viscosity and excellent melt flowability. Unlike pipe grades (such as S65), this grade is designed for injection molding processes to fill complex molds quickly and easily. Iranian petrochemical companies produce this grade with very high purity and precise particle size distribution.
The main applications of S-6058 resin include:
- High-Pressure Fittings: Production of various elbows, tees, reducers, and sewage fittings (Rigid PVC).
- Technical and Engineering Parts: Production of electrical enclosures, automotive parts, and complex industrial components.
